    ~ $144 for 30 minute Zoom or Phone consult followed by written report

  • ~ What info do I need to give for a medium reading? Nothing. Please do not provide any information before the reading.

    ~ What if I need to cancel the medium reading? You can cancel or change your appointment time up to 48 hours before appointment without a cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours, there is a cancellation fee of 25% of service fee.

    ~ What if the medium reading did not go as long or as well as expected? You’ll receive a partial or full refund less any credit card processing fees. Please note that refunds will not be given if your desired loved one does not connect. Spirit usually decides who’ll visit based on what you need at the time.

    ~ What if I need to cancel the Soul Journey ~ Akashic Record reading? Once confirmed, Jen will proceed to connect with your records and create the detailed report. If Jen has already accessed your records, there is no refund. If you booked the 30 minute consult with the written report by email, the consult may be cancelled or moved up to 48 hours before the appointment (if cancelled, Jen will still send you the written report).
